How it Works

We will start the session with a conversation about your current state of health, your interests and intentions as a practitioner, and if there are any health concerns that you would like to address through the practice of yoga.

Each session will focus on what will support you most on that given day.

For example, maybe you’ve set your intention to build core strength only to find that the night before your yoga lesson you had to stay at work late, and you feel depleted and sleep deprived. What you really need right now is an hour to help you find balance, peace and energy to get through your busy day.

The One-on-One class with Margot can be held in the comfort of your home, in one of the yoga studios where she teaches, or outside for social distancing purposes.
