I approach our work together with warmth, honesty, and a genuine interest in your inner world. At times we may focus on what you’re feeling and experiencing right now, and at other times we may look back into your history to better understand the origins of your pain. No matter the direction, my goal is to partner with you in a thoughtful and creative process.

The Heart of My Work

This path is for people seeking a fuller, more holistic approach to healing. This is more than talk therapy — it’s a path to a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. Together, we explore what lives beneath the surface—patterns of protection, emotional wounds, and the parts of you that want to be known. Using somatic awareness and spiritual exploration, we make room for meaningful change that feels compassionate, steady, and authentic.

“Our body and mind have the capacity to heal themselves if we allow them to rest. Stopping, calming, and resting are preconditions for healing.”

- Thich Nhat Hanh

My Roots & Approach

My therapy practice is shaped by the modalities that have supported my own becoming— mindfulness, hatha yoga, meditation, trauma healing, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I work in an integrative way: this means I weave together a relational, transpersonal, and somatic approach, offering a holistic model to support the healing process, and one that depends on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients.

My work is informed and influenced by harm-reductive concepts, transformative justice, liberatory paradigms, and the eco-therapeutic belief that our suffering generates from the disconnection from the land and each other.

Connect

Our initial contact will be about what you are looking to explore in therapy and any questions that you have for me. I like to meet first briefly (usually 15 minutes) to give us a chance to see whether it feels like we’d be a good match for what you are seeking. If it feels like it would to both of us, then we’d schedule a regular weekly time.
