Upcoming Workshops
Yoga and Racial Justice Workshop
Tula Yoga Studio
Saturday, August 1st, 202010:00a-12:30p CST Via Zoom
The Yoga and Racial Justice workshop is an opportunity to provide space for important and sometimes uncomfortable discussion and amplify voices that are seldom heard in the yoga community.
In this workshop, we will honor the deeply healing power of yoga while seeking to uncover and disrupt the unconscious patterns of racism in our communities and individual selves.
We will gather as yogis to explore how we can use our existing tools to benefit our community and ourselves.
